We were welcomed into the Marae at Te Puia centre in Rotorua with a wonderful custom then entertained by a love story, song and dance. 'Marae' is the name for house in Maori language, and with much cultural significance are shared by many families.
After visiting the marae, we went for a walk in the bush - we found someone there in the bush!
